Ready-to-fry frozen French Fries can be considered the holy grail of sides, from a midnight snack at a 24-hour restaurant, to the comforting accompaniment to your favorite dish. However you choose to enjoy them, here are few helpful tips on how to perfectly cook our French fries so that they are crispy, on the outside and soft inside.
Frozen fries save time. They are an easy addition to a serving of fish or a burger, or even on their own with a few condiments. They are the perfect accompaniment to enjoy while watching a football match at home or out seeing friends in a bar.

Frozen Fries, like all perishable items, have an expiration date so please check date on package.
Cooked frozen fries taste best straight from the oven, but they will be good to eat for around 5 days afterwards if covered and stored in the fridge.
To reheat fries, use 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and toss fries to coat. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 5-8 minutes until heated through.
Oven Frying: Here frozen fries are tossed in oil, seasoned and spread evenly without overlapping on baking sheet and baked. Oil toss can be skipped if baking only is preferred. This method significantly reduces the amount of oil vs. deep frying method.
Deep Frying: Follow packaged instructions. Be sure to shake off any ice crystals and add fries to appropriate oil heat. Strain when fries are a golden yellow.
Pan Frying: Here a skillet is filled with oil until ¼ full and then heated. When oil is hot, drop fries in and cook to amount of preferred crispiness. Strain the oil and place the fried on paper towel to absorb excess oil then and season.
