Ribeye Bone-in is the scotch fillet with the rib bones attached. Because it's taken from muscles not heavily exerted, the meat is very tender and succulent. The retention of the rib bones impart extra flavor during cooking. Since Grain Fed beef gives a great wellspring of basic supplements including iron, zinc, protein and B nutrients as grains are high in protein and starch, which fill out the steers, yielding a more marbled meat than grass nourishing alone.

Roast : Meat roasted in an oven preheated to recommended temperature and cooked to appropriate doneness.
